Penthouse

• Receive any leads sent directly to you to organise viewings.
• Receive any leads sent directly to you to organise viewings.
• Upload and download photographs
• Manage, update and amend any tenancy agreements that will be shared with tenants.

Mansion

• Advertise on all online platforms, including Zoopla, Rightmove and OnTheMarket
• Receive any leads sent directly to you to organise viewings. We will organise accompanying viewings for your property with a member of our experienced estate agents.
• Any applicant will be subject to a full credit check on behalf of the Landlord.
• Upload and download photographs
• Manage, update and amend any tenancy agreements that will be shared with tenants.
• We will supply your tenants with a check in inventory when they move into the property. This will be available to you.
